Customer Reviews
Hay was fine, delivery was okay
Got some Meadow Hay for my guinea pig, and it seemed pretty good. My piggie ate it, so that's a plus. It took a few days to get here, but nothing too crazy. I might try a different kind next time just to see.
My bunnies loved it!
I just received my first order of Soft Timothy Hay and my two bunnies went absolutely crazy for it! They were chowing down as soon as I put it in their feeder. The hay was super fresh and smelled really nice. I'm so happy I found Hay Box, this is definitely going to be my go-to for hay now. I'll be recommending them to all my pet-owning friends!
Hay was fresh, good service
Ordered Timothy Hay. It was fresh and well packaged. Shipping was okay. Will probably order again.
Decent hay, slow shipping
I ordered the Second Cut Timothy Hay for my guinea pigs. The hay itself was good quality, very green and fresh. However, delivery took about 8 days to reach me, which felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, but I wish shipping was a bit faster. Overall, a good product but could improve on delivery times.
Good value for first order
I was looking for a good deal on hay for my rabbit and decided to try Hay Box. I got a big discount on my first Mixed Hay Box, which made it a really good price. The hay arrived pretty quickly too. I feel like I got my money's worth.
Comprehensive review of HayBox Taster Pack
I decided to try the HayBox Taster Pack to see which hay my rabbits would prefer. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and easy to navigate. Delivery took 6 days from placing the order, which was acceptable. The hay arrived in a sturdy cardboard box, and each type of hay in the taster pack was clearly labeled and packed separately, which I appreciated. Both the Timothy and Meadow hay varieties were very green and smelled fresh, with minimal dust. My rabbits particularly enjoyed the Soft Timothy Hay. The Forage Bowls I also ordered were a nice addition and good quality. Overall, it was a positive experience and gave me a good idea of their product range.

Heard about a first box discount. Is that actually a thing, and how much off do you usually get?
Does HayBox deliver to like, way out in California? Or is it more of a local thing?
Trying to figure out which hay to get. What's the real difference between their Timothy and Meadow hay?
Can I pause my subscription if I go on holiday or if my rabbit just isn't getting through it fast enough?
Are their discount codes usually only for new people? I'm an existing customer but want to save some cash.
